dotdotdot dance uses flamenco as a medium to create innovative dance, challenge conventional perceptions and explore how traditional flamenco can be expressed in a contemporary context.

In No Frills, they set out to strip flamenco down to its bare essence to access and express the raw and nuanced energy that is awoken in both performer and spectator. The show has toured the UK three times, winning the Buxton Fringe Dance Award two years running.

The North Wall are delighted to welcome back dotdotdot dance once again following the sell-out success of their show in 2015.

OXOPS present LIFE IS A CABARET

OxOps are thrilled to present their first ever dance spectacular- LIFE IS A CABARET!

Dancers from the society will perform a vast array of show numbers from many West End classics such as West Side Story, Mamma Mia!, Cats, Wicked, Dirty Dancing, and The Lion King, amongst others.

This event will showcase the society’s talented dancers as they perform a variety of dance styles, from tap to lyrical, musical theatre to swing and more, accompanied by a toe-tapping live band and enigmatic singers led by Nia Williams.

The theme of the event is Cabaret, and this extends to the audience. Upon arrival you will be seated at a table and provided with complimentary refreshments, all of which are included in the price of the ticket. During the matinee you can enjoy a hot drink and cake, and at the evening performance, you can sit back and relax with a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink, as well as enjoy a variety of nibbles. Other refreshments will also be available at each event for you to purchase.

LIFE IS A CABARET promises to be a fun and sociable celebration of the society’s incredible dance talent for both audience and performers alike.
