Once you're registered as a member, you can control your email notifications by visiting the My account page from the links on the right hand side of each page, then select the emails tab. This is the way to unsubscribe from our emails without removing your profile from the site.

You can contact the member who submitted any event, opportunity or profile from their account page. First click on the Submitted by ... link directly under the title of the post; then use the Contact tab. You must be a registered member and signed in to the website to use this functionality.
