Toddlers and grown-ups grab some space on the dance-floor and let the music take you away. Take a break in the chill-out zone with free face painting. Kick off your shoes and turn up the volume for a disco delight with your toddlers.

This event returns by popular request. Joëlle Pappas, hosts a spirited workshop with a live accompanist, which features movement games and imaginative adventures to inspire even the most sedentary of families.
Grannies, uncles, cousins, all are welcome to give dance a go, no experience is necessary just the will to dance. The workshop is followed by a disco to which additional friends and family are invited.

Once upon a time in a grey, colourless world, someone is scribbling. Follow our brave young heroine as she leaps, splatters, swirls, boogies and paints her world into a brighter place. Critically acclaimed choreographer Richard Chappell's new duet East Coker, matches a score by Samuel Hall of piano, cello and TS Eliot words, with a highly physical combination of classical ballet, martial arts, contemporary dance and improvisation.

KAIHO // the state in between is a collaboration between physical theatre company Justice in Motion and Finnish Tango band Uusikuu. Through contemporary dance and vintage live music, it examines the experiences and parallel cultural
identities of expat women over the past century.

A fun and easy introduction to Lindy Hop, one of the original dance styles to evolve during the Swing era of the 1920s and 1930s and later known as Jitterbug.

Joëlle Pappas will take you through a set of stretching exercises and lyrical phrases that strengthen your core and develop your sense of balance. Taking breath as starting point, this workshop will explore creatively a range of movements and exercises which lay the foundations of modern contemporary dance techniques.

This Street Dance / Hip Hop Taster Workshop will include a variety of hip hop grooves an introduction to breakdance and a small routine full of fun!
