Create an Opera in a Day - With Oxford Opera Company!

Yo ho ho!! Come aboard with Oxford Opera to set sail and join our Pirate Crew to create this hilarious operetta “The Pirates of Penzance” in a day! We will explore Gilbert and Sullivan’s flagship comedy to create our very own, unique interpretation to be shared with family and friends at the end of the day. The day will be a highly enjoyable journey looking at storytelling and stagecraft, as well as giving the Pirate Crew the opportunity to learn some of the music from the show. This is an ideal workshop for both young performers who are keen to hone their craft in a fun supportive environment and also for those dipping their toes into music and performing for the first time!

Suitable for Children aged 8-12
Sunday May 12th - 10am – 4.00pm.
Steeple Aston Village Hall, Fir Lane, OX25 4SF.
£39 per child for the day.
