Girls I Rate joins forces with the Cultural Programme at Oxford University to take over the Sheldonian theatre for Carla Marie’s Future Hitmaker Masterclass.
Are you a female songwriter or producer creating music, and looking for advice on how to break a from award winning songwriters and artists? Get top tips from Girls I Rate founder Carla Marie Williams MBE (known for her work with Beyoncé, Sean Paul, Craig David, Britney Spears) and other megahit songwriters, Jin Jin (Jess Glynne, Raye, Jax Jones), Miranda Cooper (Sugababes, Girls Aloud, Pet Shop Boys, Kylie Minogue) and Katie Melua (Albums include Call of The Search, Piece by piece, etc) who will share their own experiences of successfully navigating a male dominated industry.

Sessions will cover everything from melody writing to aspects of the Music Business such as royalties splits. If you want your chance to get your work heard, sign up for the freestyle section where Carla Marie will pull you up on stage with other attendees for chance to freestyle your song writing ability to different subject topics.
