We are thrilled to invite Sean Hollands back to Oxford Playhouse this Spring to deliver a practical CPD workshop for teachers, Bitesize Physical Theatre.

Following consultation with teachers from around Oxfordshire about which CPD training opportunities they would like to see, a large number have told us that Physical Theatre is an area that they lack confidence in using and teaching in the classroom. With it being a skill set that students are increasingly excited to explore, this training session is designed to help teachers adapt their pedagogy with confidence.

In this practical CPD workshop, teachers will explore the methods used by theatre industry experts, such as Frantic Assembly, to create storytelling through movement. Please note this is a practical workshop, and participants will be encouraged to participate in the movement elements of the training. A handy guide to the methods covered in the training will be sent to participants after the workshop.
