We warmly invite you to celebrate Diwali this year as part of Oxford's Christmas Lights Festival. Sharing time with loved ones and the community is the most important feature of Diwali.

At 6pm there will be a dhol and Garba dance performance in Westgate Shopping Centre on the lower ground floor near Leiden Square. There will be an opportunity to join in too! We will then form a diya (lantern) procession led by a traditional dhol (drum) player to the OVADA warehouse.

At the warehouse, see what artists Harmanpreet Randhawa, Sarah Catterall, Kashmira Patel and Mita Vaghela and members of the South Asian Community have been working on to co-produce rangoli designs and a sari and light installation. There will also be chai and snacks at OVADA, Indian food vendors, a live DJ and activities.
