The Big Draw event at South Oxford Community Centre hosted by South Oxford Arts. Free workshops from 10-4 led by 6 local artist members of SOA. Community Cafe open from 10.30-3.30, This year's theme is 'Drawing the Senses' so we will be exploring one sense in each workshop. There will also be two free morning workshops prior to the event both at the Centre in the Gill Garrett room from 10-12 on Tuesday 24th October on the theme of Taste and Thursday 26th October on the theme of Touch. We are partially funded by Magic Little Grants. The aim of the day is to foster the creative arts for enjoyment and well-being which is also the aim of South Oxford Arts, the newly formed community arts organisation in the New Hinksey ward by the outdoor pool off Abingdon road at the bottom of Lake Street.
