Early Music I: Duo Oriana
(soprano & lute)

How like a Golden Dream
Music by Handford, Caccini, Campion, Dowland with new compositions and traditional Irish arrangements

We are thrilled to introduce a new early music venue to Oxford – The Small Chapel @ St Giles – through these concerts given by Sinéad White (soprano) and Jonathan Stuchbery (lute). Duo Oriana’s programme weaves together many perspectives on the night, contrasting 17th century English and Italian court music with the magical sounds of new compositions and Irish folk music.

Two performances: 4.30pm & 7.00pm
Location: The Small Chapel @ St Giles 38, St Giles’, Oxford OX1 3LW

Accessibility: Please note that the chapel at St Giles is not step-free. There are three steps into the main building, and a further step into the chapel. We can provide a ramp to provide access to the building if necessary but please do get in touch beforehand by emailing events@st-hildas.ox.ac.uk
