Join Lizzy McBain to explore theatre making from the page to the stage.

This is a mainly text-based workshop – we will be learning a new play script each term. If you find reading aloud from a page difficult but would still like to join, let us know and we will see what we can do to support you.

Workshops at OFS are inclusive by design. We welcome people from all backgrounds, because we believe that diversity is important for making good art. If you choose to join us, please come prepared to be creative and considerate of the needs of others.

Please note: these sessions take place in the Loft, which does not have step-free access.

How to book
Theatre Workshops happen every term in 5 or 6 week blocks. Each term we pick a different published script to explore and try out different acting techniques. You are welcome to come for a one-off to try it out. We encourage people to do the full term if they are able. If sessions are fully booked, it is worth contacting Box Office to put your name on a waiting list as places do become available
