How would you design your ideal swim spot?

Oxford's former official bathing places on the Thames and Cherwell — including Tumbling Bay, Long Bridges and Wolvercote — are valued community assets. But as they become dilapidated, it brings up questions about who is responsible for them and what it would mean to 'steward' them?

In this session, we will be imagining the future of our city’s bathing places. We will discuss who might own and manage them and what they would feel like to swim in.

The workshop will give participants the opportunity to engage with the Dive In exhibition and photos and stories of the historic bathing places. Participants will also take part in a creative, interactive 3D modelling workshop to design their re-imagined bathing places.
