Last Stop Thame

A New Must See Exhibition, opening 1st July - on the History of Thame Railway.

Did you know that Thame once had its very own Railway Station. It was on a Branch Line that ran from Princes Risborough to Oxford, calling on a number of villages on the way. All that remains of the railway is the popular Phoenix Trail stretching from Thame to Princes Risborough, enjoyed by dog walkers, cyclists and runners alike.
This exhibition looks back to the days when the Railway and the Station played an essential part in the life and development of the Town over a period of 100 years.

Using period exhibits, contemporary photographs, models, videos and individual personal memories, learn all about a part of the Story of Our Town that has vanished forever.
