COU COU presents a BIDDY programme of seated performance art by fabulous women artists over fifty.

Representing aspects of being older and the matters that preoccupy and stir them, all aim to challenge stereotypes of the invisible older woman. A programme of pithy, poignant and comic works celebrates the ongoing power of female creativity and proposes powerful alternatives to derogatory descriptions of mature women, such as ‘biddy’.
