Photo Oxford 2023 (14th - 6th) explores The Hidden Power of the Archive. The Festival takes on the history of photography and engages with its future in more than 20 exhibitions in historic and contemporary venues across the city. The Festival uses the power of the lens to examine and respond to issues of the day: race, identity, sexuality and what it means to belong. Oxford boasts unrivalled photography collections in its museums, libraries and communities, and Photo Oxford uses these resources as a springboard for new ideas and collaborations.
