The SOE was a secret British World War II organisation, formed in July 1940. Its purpose was to conduct espionage, sabotage and reconnaissance in occupied Europe, and later SE Asia against the Axis powers, and to aid local resistance movements. Join Colonel Ingram Murray online as he relates the fascinating story of this organisation, and introduces us to some of the very brave radio operators and their dangerous missions in occupied Europe.

This talk is part of our programme of monthly online talks from Thame Museum. If you are unable to join us on the night, you can use the link to log on at a later date. The talk will be available for up to two weeks.
