The exhibition 'I am enough' has been created by 16 - 25-year-olds during Ark-T's Mental Wealth Academy sessions. These sessions focused on how creativity can improve wellbeing & mental health. Each young person has taken part in one to three creative activities each, which have been designed by foundation art and design students. The artwork they have created will be on display in Waste2Taste Cafe at the Ark-T Centre.
