The Thief's Tale by Daniel Morden

Impossible quests

Cow-eating cats

Sisters who become swans

And a ladder of skin and bone...

Daniel Morden conjures a folkloric fever-dream full of the fantastic triumphs and farcical mishaps of a reluctant hero of the people, Conal Crovi, and the wild terrain of a fairytale for grown-ups haunted by an ever elusive Green Man.

Expect epic tales of wool pulling, boat rocking, wise women and riotous adventure - brimming with low cunning, high drama, last-minute escapes from certain death, and a hefty dose of magic.

Comedic and enchanted, come shake a fist at the ludicrous order of things and marvel at the weird magic of it all...

'To experience Daniel Morden in full flight is an amazing thing' Ian MacMillan

'Full of suspense and drama' National Theatre

Suitable for adults - aged 14+
