As part of Sobell House’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our art therapist, Rose Verney, has created a programme of art activities that anyone can do from home. The exercises and games can be adapted to whatever art materials you have available, even just a pen and paper, and no artistic talent or special skills are required. It’s an opportunity to get creative and have fun with art from home, and is suitable for all ages.

The resources are presented as weekly sessions that you can follow, and are free to use, although if you'd like to support our services, you can make a donation on our website. You access sessions one to three on our website right now at: https://sobellhouse.org/how-we-can-help/... and further sessions will continue to be uploaded over the coming weeks.
