With more people being pushed into boxes and back by borders than ever, can Doa, Squiggle and Tropizo break out of their stereotypes?

In a world where being a clown is the worst thing imaginable, the red-nosed trio try to earn a living in an unwelcoming society. One by one they are taken to the clown pound, where they meet. Using their differences, they hatch a high-stakes escape. With slapstick on silks and the company’s trademark physical comedy, this playful and inspiring performance fights ‘otherness’ and celebrates the clown within us all.

C is for Clown uses aerial circus, clowning, and theatre in a unique fusion. With nonsensical language, projection, and physical story-telling, we welcome audiences no matter your background, language, or nose!
