Robin Wilson and Rosie Fairfax-Cholmeley run The Wytham Studio where they work with linocut and letterpress print, creating original prints, maps and books. They run arts-based research at Oxford University’s Wytham Woods with fieldwork sites in the UK and abroad.

This is a chance to learn linocutting in one day, transforming a blank piece of paper into a poster of your own creation. On this course you will learn all the skills needed to create linocut prints, including print design, carving techniques and taking a print from your block. You do not need to have any previous experience and we provide all the materials needed. All we ask you to bring are your ideas for your print. You will produce a print with your image and our letterpress type to create a poster that is yours to take away.
