Forty Years On: A Celebration of Chenderit Art & Design Alumni 1979 to 2019. Exhibition of work of former art & design students, celebrating the 40th anniversary of Chenderit School.
Associated events: Sat 14 September, 12 to 3pm - A Celebration of Memories drop-in event (free, part of Heritage Open Days) for sharing memorabilia and memories of the school; Sunday 6 October 2pm - Meet the Curator: a chance to meet John Childs, exhibition curator and former Head of Art at Chenderit School; he will talk about the exhibition, his former students and his long career as a painter, ceramicist and textile printmaker and inspirational teacher of art and design.
