Black Swan Irises at the Oxford Botanic Garden, 97 x 97cm, oil on canvas, by Elaine Kazimierczuk

Elaine Kazimierczuk invites 2 further Oxford artists to exhibit in her pop-up studio-cum-gallery at the top of St Giles'. In addition to her own bright semi-abstract pieces depicting Oxfordshire meadows, college gardens and the Oxford Botanic gardens, the exhibition will also feature a collection of work by Jon Rowland. In his large vibrant abstract landscapes, Jon uses mixed media to make a strong visual statement, whilst several smaller collage pieces provide a quieter contemplative impression. There is also small selection of work by Xenia Kravchenko, including her perceptive portraits and intriguing pieces from her Wytham Wood 'tree spirit' series.
In addition to the stated times, Elaine is generally working at the gallery most days. Best to phone to check 07949 382555.
