This year is the centenary of the end of World War 1; Armistice Day represents peace for most of Western Europe. To mark the occasion an event, Peace Poetry, will take place on 11 11 18, 2.45. p.m. at Beckley, Oxford. For that, a few poets are creating their visions of what peace is, as a part of the journey to its attainment.

To cover the costs of Peace Poetry, contributions are invited tonight; raffle tickets will be sold, for prizes including a month’s gym membership, prizewinning poetry books, wine, meals for 2, and more. Buy a ticket or two at Love and Laughter for Peace.
