Manifesto is inspired by Pegasus’ 2017/18 theme of ‘Carnival of Resistance’ and the work of the Pegasus Young Company 11-15’s.
11-15 Young Company is led by John McCraw. Over the past year they have been working inspired by the Pegasus Youth Board’s theme for the year: Carnival of resistance: Art in times of unrest.
