Visit the Bodleian after dark to immerse yourself in the medieval inspirations and imaginative world of J.R.R.Tolkien's Middle-earth.

Relax in the café and enjoy live music, mini talks, beer and Beowulf, language tasters, runes and riddles, and much more.

Library Lates include a wide range of drop-in activities. The full programme will be available shortly to help you plan your evening.

Please note, tickets for this evening event includes access to new the exhibition Tolkien: Maker of Middle-earth.

Booking: This event is free but places are limited so please complete our booking form to reserve tickets in advance.
