An open exhibition of local artists & designer-makers creating work on the theme of fair trade.
12th – 19th May 2018, Oxfordshire Artweeks site no. 278

Fairtrade at St Michaels will be displaying seven pieces of art by local artists that have been inspired by the theme of Fair Trade. The exhibition takes on a diverse range of artistic media to create a thought provoking body of work. The Artwork explores concepts of female empowerment, politics and tradition. These pieces will be incorporated within the shop display, acting as a response to particular products, techniques and ideas. Artists taking part are: David Bage, Charlotte Bezant, Karima Brooke, Emily Carrington Freeman, Feng Ho, Alex Singleton and Laura Laube.
