Timing:
10.00am – 1.00pm
Cost:
£65 per person

If you would like to do some drawing (and perhaps remember enjoying this as a child or really like doodling in your notepad at work), but what stops you is that you feel you have to draw an actual thing, then this drawing class is for you.

Before being able to draw a person, or a house or whatever you would love to draw, it helps to become familiar with the process of drawing and the materials that you can use for this. In this drawing class you will be trying out lots of expressive drawing exercises, to really help loosen you up and have fun with drawing. And there will be a chance to try out lots of different drawing materials, including fine line pens, watercolour pencils, charcoal and marker pens.

There will also be a homemade cake break mid-morning and a goodie bag at the end of the class which includes a Drawing: Getting Started kit (a sketchbook, cartridge paper, and samples of each of the drawing materials used in the class) to continue your creative exploration at home!

You can expect to come away from this class with lots of different drawing samples, feeling liberated and confident about doing some drawing at home, and surprised that so much fun can be had with drawing without it having to be an actual thing!
