Join me each week for a few hours of fun and relaxation. As with my Saturday art classes, my evening courses are all about having a play, being curious and discovering what you can do with paint, rather than producing a perfect end result.

Each session starts with lots of warm up exercises to get you started / help you to loosen up after a day at work, and then there will be plenty of time to explore and experiment with the materials and techniques available.

Week 1: Introducing acrylics – using your hands and brushes
Week 2: Creating texture by printing
Week 3: Experimenting with textured mediums
Week 4: Painted collage
Week 5: Using other materials with acrylics
Week 6: Bringing it all together

At the end of the course you will have learned a lot about working with acrylic and what it can do as a medium, and have lots of ideas about how you can continue to make your own art with confidence at home.

Each class has a maximum of 6 students, ensuring you have lots of personal attention in a small group environment.
