Rising Voices Community Choir are hosting a day of glorious singing as Autumn approaches. They have invited Sally Davies, Musical Director of The Cecil Sharp House Choir at the English Folk Song & Dance Society to Oxford to lead an uplifting workshop celebrating beautiful songs from these Isles and beyond, in gorgeous new arrangements. Her dynamic teaching style and love of traditional song is inspiring both to experienced singers and to those who might like to try a community choir for the first time.
All songs taught at a moderate pace with no need to read music.
Participants please bring something to share for lunch.Drinks provided.
