Charlbury Festival and AYYO Artist in Residence artist Isabel Wilkinson began her residency at SOUTHILL SOLAR, the community owned solar farm near Charlbury, today and will be there all week-end.

Isabel will be at SOUTHILL SOLAR to meet the public tomorrow Sat 10th June 9 - 11am to chat about her work. Come along and have a chance to walk among the undulating sea of panels that have inspired Isabel. Talk to her about her work and the fascinating process of using light to create cyanotype prints. Meet at the Co-op at 8:45 to share transport up to the solar farm.

Isabel will follow this with a cyanotype print-making workshop at the Priory Conservatory, Charlbury on Sunday 11th June 10am to 12 noon. Booking required.

Isabel is an artist specialising in printmaking who works with large scale silkscreen, mono prints and cyanotypes on paper and canvas to create images. Immersion in the landscape is important in her practice, walking, photography and collecting objects form the backbone of her research. www.isabelwilkinson.net
