Enjoy this outdoor screening in a beautiful setting on the banks of the river Cherwell. Composed in 1744, Semele is a touching and humorous opera, featuring some of Handel’s most exquisitely beautiful music, with soaring choruses and splendid orchestral writing. Annilese Miskimmon, Artistic Director of Norwegian National Opera, directs this production.
