In 2016 sixteen artists from Oxford Printmakers were paired with sixteen PhD Scientists to create the innovative Experimental Design collaborative project. A seventeenth artist joined the project later on.

The project has been generously funded by the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics,
The Nuffield Department of Medicine and the University of Oxford.

We are delighted to have it grace the walls of Oxford Printmakers as part of our 40th birthday celebrations. The majority of the work was made at the workshop, so it is very fitting for it to be displayed here before it travels to its future venues.
