Venue, Timing and Cost
Would you like to learn how to meditate? Come and share a relaxing hour and learn
some simple, easily practiced techniques that will give you the tools to create your own personal practice. These sessions will include awareness of body, breath and mind, hand mudras which subtly support the practices, and very gentle movement based on Tibetan Kum Nye relaxation techniques. There will be a handout after each session with
notes to take home. Total beginners absolutely welcome.
Refund Policy
Payment is required when booking. We regret that tickets may not be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except when an event is cancelled. For missed classes through tutor absence we will endeavour to schedule catch up sessions where possible. Partial refunds or credits will not be given.
Disabled access
Regrettably, due to the historic nature of the building, not all classes are accessible by wheelchair. Please contact the box office should you have particular access requirements.
NB Please note that our adult weekly classes are not suitable for under 18s
