If you're a printmaker and want to expand your reach, join us for our indoor Print Fair on Thursday 24th, Friday 25th and Saturday 26th August 2023 from 10.30am - 4pm.

At New Brewery Arts we connect people with the handmade and this summer we are excited to be welcoming more than 40 selected makers to our Gallery, to showcase and sell their own prints.

Submissions are now open for the Warehouse Art School programme 2023-24.

Entering its eleventh year in Sept this year, the course offers support for artists wishing to develop and consolidate their creative practice. Based on a peer-to-peer engagement with fellow artists on the course it is designed with an individual's practice first and foremost in mind.

A structured course that also responds flexibly to the needs of the individual and the group as a whole, this unique course has earned an excellent reputation amongst artists and supporters alike.

The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Headington are looking for artists to take part in their exhibitions programme in 2023/4. The hospital is looking for individual artists or group exhibitions. The exhibitions are held in busy parts of the hospital with space for up to 40 pictures. The hospital offers technician support and invigilation.

Oxfordshire Arts Pottery Studio

Oxfordshire Arts is looking for experienced Pottery/Ceramics Tutors to teach adults in our purpose-built Pottery Studio near East Hendred, South Oxfordshire. Ideally you would be a practicing ceramicist with experience of teaching, and someone who is approachable and reliable. You would also be able to help students of mixed ability develop their skills.

Early Years Volunteers at The Story Museum

In this role volunteers will assist in the running of Small Worlds, our early years space. This includes helping visitors around the space and talking to the children and their adults about the stories and activities in each story zone. The volunteer will also prepare craft resources to use in the sessions and run the crafts and messy play area.

This role includes providing on-the-day support for large scale public events. It varies depending on the requirements of the event but can include stewarding, volunteering at information stands, and running art and craft sessions. Blue Sky Book Club: Looking for enthusiastic volunteers passionate about children's literacy to run book clubs in primary schools.

Blue Sky Book Clubs is a club for students in local primary schools with stories at its heart. Each term, a group of 10 students is selected to become a member of the Blue Sky Book Club. The Club Leader arrives with 12 suggestions for books, from which the students collaboratively choose two to focus on for the following six sessions. These books are then ordered through The Story Museum to be gifted to the students, one per student.
