The Old Fire Station in Oxford is a thriving multi-form arts centre with an unusually deep partnership with Crisis. We are looking for a creative Fundraising Officer to embrace and shape this role, helping to diversify our income and supporter base. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills and use your own initiatives across in-house and digital communications with lower-level Trusts, individuals (including Friends, low-level donations, and online or in-house donations) and corporates.

Singing teacher

We currently require an additional Singing Teacher to join our fun and lively team of performing arts tutors (option to teach drama also)

This role is specifically for our group of students aged 16 - 21yrs

Mainly group work but also 1:2:1 sessions preparing students for drama school auditions
Assisting with song selection, monologue choice etc

Position is for Saturdays 2.00pm - 5.00pm

There is the opportunity to cover other classes when tutors are absent

This is an on-going contract for the right person

Little Masters offers unique art Education within Primary Schools in Central Oxford, the Witney area and South Oxfordshire.

We are looking for team leaders with strong communication skills, who have a passion for art and enjoy working with children.

The successful candidate will be required to lead after school, weekly art sessions, during term time. The sessions run for 1.25 - 1.5 hours depending on the location, All resources and lesson plans are supplied and full training will be given.

Early Years Volunteers at The Story Museum

In this role volunteers will assist in the running of Small Worlds, our early years space. This includes helping visitors around the space and talking to the children and their adults about the stories and activities in each story zone. The volunteer will also prepare craft resources to use in the sessions and run the crafts and messy play area.

Welcome and Exhibition Volunteers for The Story Museum

In the Welcome volunteer role volunteers will support the Story Guides in meeting and greeting visitors in the Portal. They will help visitors interact with the exhibits in the Whispering Wood and support the Story Guide in preparing the resources for the Whispering Wood.

In the Exhibition volunteer role volunteers will support our Story Guides in the Enchanted Library and the Treasure Chamber by providing our visitors with a warm welcome and directing them through the spaces. They will also provide information about the 1001 Story Collection and the artifacts on display.
