Makespace Oxford is looking for a new team member to help take care of our buildings, offer great service to residents and keep those in our workspaces safe and happy. The role will oversee the hard and soft services for each building, including service contracts and addressing general maintenance and improvements. This role is based in Oxford, but working at sites county-wide at our hub spaces in Oxford, Abingdon, Wantage and Didcot.

You will be an effective collaborator, good at listening, understanding people’s needs and responding positively. You will be good at working with competing demands and comfortable with high levels of autonomy.
