
This traineeship is part of our Careers in the Arts Project in collaboration with Corn Exchange Newbury and offers a great opportunity for anyone aged 18 to 25 who may or may not have previously considered a career in the arts.
Our Customer Experience Traineeship will be based at The Watermill Theatre and will support our team to offer excellent customer service to our visitors and engaged audiences, through our Box Office service, Front of House welcome, Marketing communications and events planning and set up. Previous qualifications and/or experience in this industry is not essential. This role will suit candidates who prefer to learn through experience.
Salary: £20,048 pro rata
