The Oxford University Museum of Natural History is recruiting a dynamic, experienced Deputy Events Manager to work closely with clients, the Events Manager and the events delivery team, on the planning and execution of a wide variety of events.

The Museum is renowned as a venue for exciting and diverse events. The management and delivery of over 160 internally- and externally-hosted events per year is a significant activity, providing an essential source of revenue to support core activities. The Deputy Events Manager will work on corporate, internal, and social events, conferences, weddings, and events for other University departments, art associations and charities, as well as supporting the development and logistics of in-house public engagement events. The role requires a flexible approach to working hours, with regular evening and weekend work.
