The Watermill is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Technical and Production team for the first show of our new 2024 season (title yet to be announced): a new musical in co-production with Metta Theatre.

The freelance Production Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the production process, working closely with the creative and in-house teams to ensure the highest technical and artistic standards are achieved within the allocated resources. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of technical and theatre production including production management. They will be able to lead a team, work within financial parameters and manage Health and Safety, with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver under pressure.
