The Watermill is seeking an experienced, proactive and passionate Head of Wardrobe to lead our Wardrobe department.

This role is integral to the success of The Watermill’s productions, involving the oversight of costume construction, hiring, purchasing, alteration, maintenance and budgeting for all Watermill productions. The Head of Wardrobe will be closely involved in the production process, leading the in-house Wardrobe team and liaising with freelance Designers and other freelance staff in order to bring each show’s costumes to life. Communication and organisation skills and previous wardrobe management experience are key.
