The role of the Marmalade Festival Engagement Lead is to maximise involvement of local groups in the festival programme. The Marmalade Festival Engagement Lead will reach out to local groups and organisations to encourage and support them to host sessions at the festival and will work closely with the Marmalade Festival Coordinator to ensure a balanced programme of events and with the Marmalade Comms Lead to promote the
programme.
The post holder will be working alongside an experienced event and venue management team, comms support, volunteer coordinator and content enthusiasts. They will also work with the Old Fire Station team to find ways to make the festival as accessible as possible.
