The Watermill is seeking and experienced Technical and Production Manager to lead their department in creating and delivering around 10 shows for The Watermill's stage every year, along with co-productions, tours, transfers and Outreach projects.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of technical and theatre production including production management. They will be able to lead a team, work within financial parameters and manage Health and Safety, with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver under pressure. We are interested in receiving applications from those who are seeking a permanent, full-time position as well as those who would be interested in undertaking the role on a freelance basis.
