The Watermill is seeking a positive and proactive Box Office Assistant to join our Box Office team.

This role is an integral part of the Box Office team, working closely with all members of the team to welcome audiences, provide excellent customer service, drive sales through all channels using our CRM system Spektrix, and ensure that the Box Office team can provide up to date information to support visitors to the Watermill Theatre. Customer service experience and the ability to work well in a team are key.
