The Watermill is looking for a Producer to support the development and coordination of our growing and varied programme.

The Producer will work closely with the Artistic and Executive Directors on the planning and development of the onstage programme (including new writing), maintaining strategic objectives and maximising potential for future life for Watermill productions by building industry partnerships nationally and internationally. They will also lead production-focused coordination and communication for internal productions, tours and transfers. The post-holder will be a crucial part of the Watermill team, maintaining strong relationships across the staff and throughout the sector to ensure The Watermill continues to thrive.
