The Watermill is seeking a passionate and ambitious Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join during an exciting time for our Marketing team.

The Social Media and Marketing Assistant will work with the Marketing Director to create and deliver an innovative marketing and communications strategy for The Watermill, reaching audiences old and new to champion our on- and off-stage work and offering behind-the-scenes glimpses of all the activity at our unique site nestled on the banks of the River Lambourn. We are looking for someone who loves theatre, knows their TikTok from their Instagram, writes captivating copy, has an eye for design and can manage a busy workload. Experience working in theatre and/or marketing is desirable but not essential.
