We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Volunteer and Operations Officer to help manage the day-to day operation of the Museum of Oxford. You will contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for people to visit and engage with the museum. Our volunteers are at the heart of making what we do a success, so you will play an active role in the delivery of our volunteering programme to attract, induct and retain volunteers. You will help to promote the benefit of volunteering, identify new opportunities and provide an excellent volunteer experience.

Other key responsibilities include duty management, supporting engagement and income generating activities and promotion of the museum services and programmes.
