Soho Mentorship Farmhouse is a 16-week programme run in partnership with the Soho Farmhouse in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

This programme gives young creatives from the Oxfordshire area the chance to connect with the Soho House community with their mentor, giving them the opportunity to work on their own creative and professional skills, where they can collaborate and network with other members and mentees.

Who is this programme for?

This programme is for 18 - 27 year olds in Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas who are interested in the creative industries in general. our passions could be in Film & TV, Advertising, Performing Arts, Fashion and beyond.

Our next cohort will run in Autumn 2023.

What you will receive:

16 weeks of one-to-one mentoring from a creative industry professional (roughly 8 hours of contact time)

Flexible options for meeting times (including virtual)

Ongoing access to our network of professionals and creative network after the programme has ended

Invites to exclusive events + mixers at Soho Farmhouse

Who will my mentor be?

All mentors on this programme will be members from the Soho House community, from a wide range of creative backgrounds.

Previous mentors have included CEOs and Founders, Design Directors, Fashion Buyers, Communication and Marketing Consultants, Film Editors and many more.

You will be matched with someone who compliments your skills and ambitions. They may not always have the same job you wish to apply to, but will have the knowledge and expertise to help support you over the 16 week programme.

You can apply for this programme if you:

- Are aged between 18-27

- Are located in the Oxfordshire area (or near enough to easily access Soho Farmhouse)
