Exhibition poster with a graphic showing people playing and swimming in a river, with animals such as a heron, an otter, and a crayfish, and a line of poplar trees and changing cubicles on the bank.

The Museum of Oxford is the only museum telling the story of Oxford and its people.
We are currently delivering Dive In, a project aimed at highlighting the history of
Oxford’s outdoor bathing places. This includes a temporary exhibition (currently on
display at the Museum), collecting new oral histories, and a range of public events.
The project has been funded through the National Lottery Heritage Fund and we are
now seeking an evaluation consultant to carry out the gathering and analysing of
data needed for both improving our services in future and reporting back to the
funder.

Scope of work
The selected provider will be expected to carry out the following:
 Create an evaluation plan in line with NLHF evaluation guidance, with input
from the museum’s staff to ensure it is deliverable within the museum’s
resources
 Create or suggest appropriate templates and data collecting tools for
qualitative and quantitative data
 Review, collate and analyse the data and provide the final (post-project)
report
