The Watermill is seeking a dedicated, articulate and organised Development Officer to support the theatre’s fundraising efforts.

The Development Officer will work in collaboration with the Development Director to maximise fundraising income to support every aspect of The Watermill’s work, on and off stage and in the local community. This is a varied role, communicating with a range of stakeholders and working across all areas of fundraising, including: corporate sponsorship, event management, individual giving, trusts & foundations, commercial ventures, and membership schemes. Fundraising experience is desirable but not essential.
