Reports to: Head of Programme and Audiences

Responsible for: Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator, Marketing Officer, Marketing Assistant

Hours: 37 hours per week, to include some evenings and weekends

Location: At the Corn Exchange offices in Newbury town centre, with some visits to other sites. Hybrid working can be accommodated but a minimum of 3 days a week should be spent in the office.

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience)

Holiday: 22 days per annum (to include your birthday and one wellbeing day) plus bank holidays

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing team. The Corn Exchange is a growing, dynamic and exciting organisation in the South East, with a 400 seat auditorium, a 40 seat cinema and a busy Learning Centre presenting workshops and classes. The Corn Exchange also runs 101 Outdoor Arts, a nationally recognised facility to support and nurture artists creating ambitious and brave productions for audiences across the UK and internationally, as well as programming and managing The Base Greenham, a visual arts gallery which is also home to resident artists and a workshop space.

We’re passionate about the arts, not just in presenting high quality shows, films and exhibitions and breath-taking outdoor performances, but also in the positive impact creativity activity has on individuals and our community.

You’ll be leading a marketing team to help promote all areas of our work, increase engagement and sales and to raise the profile of the organisation, both regionally and nationally.
