Contract: Full time (part time considered); fixed term until July 2025

Makespace Oxford take empty and underused buildings and transform them into affordable, community-driven workspaces. During the last year we have launched a number of new spaces, as part of ‘Meanwhile in Oxfordshire’.

Community Development Coordinators manage the running and community engagement of our hub spaces, enabling our resident communities to thrive. Their key purpose is to bring local communities together, providing a nurturing environment so that our residents are connected, developed and supported to have impact in their work.

You will be an effective communicator, understanding people’s needs and good at forming networks. You will be comfortable working with competing demands and high levels of autonomy.
